I became a trainer because I genuinely wanted to help people.
Not to sell programs. Not to build a following. Just to help people feel better in their bodies and more confident in their lives.
The story behind Ever Athlete.
I didn't grow up thinking I'd become a coach. But somewhere along the way, I realized that helping people move better, feel stronger, and believe in themselves was one of the most meaningful things I could do with my time.
As my experience grew, I noticed something: most fitness programs were built around a finish line. Lose 20 pounds. Complete the 6-week challenge. Hit the goal. And then what? People would reach the end and find themselves right back where they started — because nothing about their identity or their daily habits had actually changed.
That's when Ever Athlete was born. Not as a program, but as a philosophy. The idea that fitness isn't something you do for a season — it's something you become. An athlete isn't defined by trophies or competition. It's someone who chooses discipline, consistency, and continual self-improvement. And I believe everyone has that in them.
I've spent years expanding my education and knowledge because I believe better coaching creates better lives. Every certification, every course, every conversation with a client has shaped how I coach — and my commitment to that growth never stops.
What I believe about coaching.
Clients are never numbers.
Every person who works with me gets my full attention. I learn your history, your goals, your life — and I build around all of it.
Education is as important as workouts.
I want you to understand why you're doing what you're doing. Knowledge creates confidence, and confidence creates consistency.
The goal is your independence.
My job isn't to make you dependent on me forever. It's to give you the tools, habits, and self-belief to manage your own health for the rest of your life.
Relationships matter.
The best coaching happens when there's genuine trust. I invest in the people I work with — not just their fitness, but their overall wellbeing.
